Soup Mix - A Mix of Lentils, Peas & Barley is a mixture of different lentils and pearl barley from Whole Food Earth®. It is perfect for making stews, minestrone or a hearty vegetable soup.
- Cooking without soaking: add 1 cup of mix to 3 cups of water, bring to boil and simmer for 35 minutes or until tender.
- Cooking with soaking: soak 1 cup of mix for 6-8 hours, drain, place in 3 cups fresh water, bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
