Due to the perishable nature of our gourmet chocolate products, we generally do not accept returns for items that have been opened, consumed, or are no longer in their original condition. However, if your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your claim must meet the following conditions:

The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
