Product packaging: The set includes two outdoor drain covers, each measuring 15cm x 15cm (6x6 inches). These standard square covers are designed to fit drain outlets, floor drains or drainage channels of the same size.
High-Quality Materials: The outdoor drain covers are crafted from premium stainless steel, offering rust, corrosion and weather resistance. They are built to last, with a smooth, wear-resistant finish that resists scratches. They withstand daily use, including being stepped on, and remain undamaged. They retain their strength and appearance even under harsh outdoor conditions, making them a reliable solution for outdoor drainage.
Product design: The surface of the cover is covered with circular drainage holes, spaced at optimal intervals to ensure rapid water drainage whilst effectively blocking debris, silt and fallen leaves from entering the drainage pipes, thereby preventing blockages. The standard square design is suitable for square drainage outlets, floor drains or ground drainage channels. Once installed, it fits snugly against the ground, resisting wobbling or shifting, and can be cut to size as required.
Efficient Drainage and Blockage Prevention: The evenly distributed drainage holes allow rainwater and standing water to pass through quickly, whilst blocking debris such as leaves, silt and stones from entering the pipes. This reduces drainage blockages and lowers long-term maintenance costs. The grating covers the drainage opening, preventing people and pets from accidentally stepping through, whilst also preventing large debris from falling into the pipes and causing damage, thereby enhancing safety.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
