What Is Crystallised Ginger?
Ginger is a flowering plant whose rhizome, ginger root or ginger, is widely used as a spice and in folk medicine. Crystallised ginger is made of ginger root that is cooked until softened and lightly coated in raw sugar. Our candied ginger is spicy and sweet in flavour, also moist and chewy.
Why Should I Get Crystallised Ginger?
For a nice ginger tea, put a piece of our crystallised ginger in a hot cup of water. An aromatic ginger tea will await you in a few minutes. Candied ginger also adds zest to stir-fries and other savoury dishes.
