What Is Fine Himalayan Salt?
Himalayan Pink Salt is a rather marvellous product. The many hues of pink, red and white are an indication of this salts rich and varying mineral and energy-rich iron content. It's not just the aesthetics of the salt that make is so appealing, its consumption brings many healthy benefits to the table (no pun intended!).
Why Should I Get Fine Himalayan Salt?

Better still the inclusion of all these minerals don't interrupt the flavour of the salt, it sits just as well, if not, better at the dinner table.
This is because its primarily made up of the same components as table salt, but the crystal structure is larger than table salts', so by volume it has LESS sodium per serving.
So what actually is the makeup of this salt? The crystals which formed naturally within the earth are made up of 85.62% sodium chloride and 14.38% other trace minerals. Some of these minerals include sulphate, magnesium, calcium, potassium, bicarbonate, bromide, borate, strontium, and fluoride. It is because of these minerals, that Himalayan Pink Salt carries a number of healthy benefits with its use.
Including it in your diet will increase electrolyte balance, preventing muscle cramps, assisting the body in absorbing nutrients and more!
Instructions For Use:
Fine Himalayan Salt can be used pretty much the same way as you would use standard table salt. Add it to savoury recipes, sauces and marinades for some seasoning, or sprinkle over your food at the dinner table. It also makes a great replacement for bath salts.
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and damp. Seal when not in use.
