Organic golden cane sugar is made from organically grown sugar cane. Being organic, this means it was grown without the use of synthetic herbicides and pesticides.
Producers take the juice from organically grown sugar cane and simply dehydrate it. The resulting crystals stay naturally rich in minerals, trace elements, and vitamins.
Organic golden cane sugar has a pale golden hue and a subtle caramel flavour which comes from molasses left in the crystal during the sugar refining process.
