What are Pitted Prunes Medium?
All crinkled and wrinkly, this unassuming fruit is surprisingly packed with fibre and a powerhouse of vitamins and minerals. Prunes are naturally sweet (similarly to figs) as sugar collects on the outside of them during drying and crystallises, but this (like figs) is a testament of their purity!
