Turkish delight, also referred to as lokum, is a sweet type of confectionery made from a mix of starch and sugar. It's texture is somewhat similar to a mix of jelly, marshmallow, and soft taffy.
The origin of the confection is not well established, but it is known to have been produced in Turkey as early as the late 1700s.
Our Turkish Delight is flavoured with floral rose and citrusy lemon, and are perfect as a gift, or a delicately chewy treat for yourself.
